"VOTKINSK INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL"

About

Autonomous non-profit organization in the field of art development "Festival Plus" together with the administration of the municipality of Votkinsk in 2018 will organize and hold "Votkinsk international Film Festival". The festival takes place in the new modern cinema hall in the house of culture "on Kirovskaya". "Votkinsk international Film Festival" has become a traditional cultural event and will be held annually in autumn. The festival provides an excellent opportunity for filmmakers from all over the world to show their work and at the same time the audience to watch modern, high-quality, non-commercial movies. The organizers of the festival actively support students and graduates of film schools. All participants of the competition program of the festival will receive diplomas and laurels, and the winners of the award and laurels of the festival.

Traditionally, the entrance is free for spectators.

Rules

• "Festival Plus" no restrictions on genres, themes and plot of the films.
• The duration should be no more than 240 minutes.
• The film had to be made after january 1, 2021.
• The film does not have to be premiere.
• All films selected for the festival must not violate the Russian law and ethical norms.
• All materials can be submitted online only on the websites of the partners of the festival or directly by e-mail only promotions and newsletters.
• "Festival Plus" has a right to use all advertising materials and movie trailers to embed on their websites and on social media channels and social networks like youtube, twitter, facebook, etc.
• Materials other than english and russian language for selection must have English or Russian subtitles.
• Movies past the official selection, we recommend you to have Russian subtitles.
